Steve ClementsBonjour,Nous avons trouvé cet Asco sur un bâton.
The wonderful advantage of Ascofrance is: easy browsing trough the past.
I refer to the item of 16-05-2013 by Susana Garcia on Eupropolella "hederae" Baral Nom. Prov.
I found on a dry leaf of Hedera black spots. After moistening olive-green apothecia (diameter: 87 µm) break through the epidermis (3 to 4 splits).
ASCI: clavate cylindrical,: 60,961-102,42 x 9.65-15.94 µm, color red in IKI and the apex is a little blue;
Paraphyse: 78,04 x 65,09-2.59-3.58 µm; filiform, septated and sometimes branched;
Spores: cylindrical filled completely with Lb's: 17-19,88 x 4.86-5.49 µm, Q = 3.52.
Is Eupropolella hederae Baral still "nom. Prov"?
Thanks in advance
François Bartholomeeusen
Your sample seems to be well developed and abundant, such samples would be great to gain a sequence of. So far no sequence exists in GenBank for this genus.

I knew that I had to have patience! Thank you for your confirmation.
Unfortunately, being an amateur, the case stops here for me.
Cordial greetings,
François

I am sorry, what I thought must be British material, otherwise it becomes difficult. It could be that useful samples from Britain exist and can be sequenced. We will see. So please keep the specimen in your herbarium, who knows...
