I found this species on inner side of Picea abies bark, c.a. 830m above sea level. Probably all spores are immature, but some does have septas. I know, can be imposible to get this species name, but may be it is possible to get genus ?

Hi Piotr
I don´t believe this is an Odontotrema because Odontotrema has hemiamyloid asci. I tried to compare it with Pragmopora, a genus near Durella or Patellaria, see my folder Durelloideae on DVD. But in Pragmopora there is extracellular oil between the paraphyses just as in Patellaria. This I don´t see on your images. Also the cortex of the excipulum looks very strange. Surely this is a xerotolerant fungus, considering the absence of an amyloid ring. No idea!
