I determinated this Ascobolus as A. viridis, but I´m not sure totally because of the dark colour of apothecia and the ornamentation of the spores. The shape and size of spores fits well (31 - 35 x 13 - 15 µm). I read the colour could be brown, so is this OK? And what about the ornamentation?
Apothecia measured 3 - 5 mm.
The fungi grew on soil (border of a way made by tractor in a forest), in shadow. Found 19. VII. 2013, North Bohemia (Czech republic).
Thanks, Zuzana
