Re : Encoelia glaberrima?
Hello Riet,
this looks like a form of the Ionomidotis fulvotingens-complex. As I first looked at the macrofotos, I thought it would be Catinella olivacea, but it isn`t.
Best regards, Lothar

Re : Encoelia glaberrima?
Hello Lothar,
I read the description in Pilze der Schweiz 1 (page 178), this fits very well!
Thank you very much!

Re : Encoelia glaberrima? -> Ionomidotis fulvotingens-complex
Yes, but this is a difficult complex. It seems to me that the asci lack an apical wall thickening in the dead state in your sample. There is a yellow-ochraceous form which has this thickening, and the olive to black form which lacks it. This was the only difference I could find out, although the genetics are extremely different. See my folders in Cordieritidaceae, Ionomidotis aff., fulvotingens. Although the best known Ionomidotis, this is not a true Ionomidotis as it seems.
