finding something new causes difficulties in determination, as now with this 1-2 mm wide asco.
The spores are about 50-70x2 and asci 110-130x10-14.

I compared your fungus with Coccomyces strobi. I base this on a specimen by JP Dechaume:

But your spores are larger, especially longer. There is also an unidentified report of a Coccomyces by Miguel Angel Ribes, with even larger spores (58-76 x 3-4), on conifer twigs, but the paraphyses are much less curled.

I'll check the spore sizes later. In my opinion they were that long, the width can be bigger. My microscope is poor with small numbers (or my eye is...)
These were brown when unopened. The colour of those in linked seems darker.
So, this could be some other species of Coccomyces than C. strobi?
I'll try to find more descriptions.

I do not know at all these forms of Coccomyces with narrow spores on conifers. Yes, I think it would be good to collect literature on this topic. Maybe someone else found C. strobi and has images?
